Meet the entrance requirements

Are you looking to enter one of our bachelor level courses in Humanities, Business or Health Sciences? If you haven't met the entry requirements for your desired Curtin course, this program will enable you to matriculate into Curtin (and other universities). It caters specifically to your needs if you have not achieved the minimum ATAR required for entry to Curtin, have not completed year 12 or lack specific prerequisites.

This highly flexible course allows you to complete one, some or all of its units, depending on your needs. You will undertake the units you require for entry to Curtin, as well as any specific requirements for your preferred bachelor degree course.

This program is particularly designed for entry to our humanities, health sciences and business courses.

It will prepare you for university-level study through its emphasis on independent learning skills.
If you successfully complete the program, you can apply for entry to certain undergraduate courses. When you apply, a 'notional' ATAR will be calculated from your final grades. Your score isn't considered an official ATAR because it isn't awarded through WACE, but it's recognised by Curtin and TISC as meeting the university's minimum entry requirements.

This program is free to Australian and New Zealand citizens, and Australian permanent residents.
